by commissioning me you agree to the following:GENERAL TERMS
- Default quoted prices are for personal commissions only
- Commercial commissions are at different rates, please inquire to [email protected] including job details, timeline (if any), and offer/budget
- Personal commissions are prohibited from being redistributed commercially; including, but not limited to: reprinting, merchandising, nfts, digital collectibles, ai learning.
- Commissioned works are not permitted to be fed into ai systems for learning/training.
- Please clarify with me before reprinting commissioned art to ensure it is allowed. (Personal Use is generally permitted)
- You are not allowed to edit the commissioned artwork in any way.
- I reserve the right to refuse/reject any orders.
- I reserve all rights to my artwork and using it for advertisement and/or print sale.TIMELINES AND WORKFLOW
- Commissions will be completed within the duration of up to 16 weeks.
- For time sensitive commissions, there may be a surcharge.
- Initial sketch will be sent where 1 major & 1 minor change can be made.
- After colour has been laid down, up to 2 minor changes can be made. Any major changes or further minor changes needed are subjected to extra charges.PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- Payment must be made in full upfront before work is started.
- All commissions are strictly non-refundable.
- I reserve the right to refund any orders at any time, regardless of the reason, regardless of the person requesting.
